Meetings at Landgoed de Biestheuvel
Are you organising a business meeting, management team meeting, product presentation or team day? Landgoed de Biestheuvel is the perfect venue. You can hold formal meetings in one of our rooms or informal gatherings in one of our accommodations. We can accommodate small groups of around 10 people, but groups of around 250 people is also no problem.
Meet without worries
This is key, so that you can focus on the content of the day or days. We are happy to discuss your wishes and ideas about the programme in advance, so that we can tailor it as closely as possible to your needs. All our rooms are flexible in terms of layout and are equipped with the standard audiovisual equipment required. If you need additional audiovisual equipment or have specific requirements, that's no problem. We work with experienced suppliers in this field. Would you like to use several rooms, for example to split up into groups? That's no problem either.

If you book a meeting or gathering in our catering facilities, it will be organised according to the package below:
Meeting package per person for 1 or 2 half-days, including:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, ice water & mints
- Beamer and screen
- Notepad and pen
- Snacks (morning) and/or
- Hot snack (afternoon)
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free parking on site
- Personal assistance from a host/hostess
A soft drink buffet will also be provided with various types of soft drinks that can be consumed on a pay-as-you-go or buy-out basis. A lunch or dinner of your choice can also be added separately. If, for example, there are many international guests, consider a hot buffet for lunch. Perhaps even a party with a DJ would be a nice addition to make the stay complete!
Multi-day meeting or retreat
Is your meeting lasting several days? Then simply add an overnight stay to your booking. This can be based on single, double or multiple occupancy per room. Naturally, all rooms have their own bathroom facilities.Would you prefer a more informal get-together, ideally in a living room setting? Then simply book accommodation only. This means you will not be using the catering facilities, but you will still have access to all other facilities. You can arrange everything yourself in your accommodation, but if you need AV equipment, for example, or would like one or all meals to be provided, that's no problem. We are happy to assist you!
Team building or relaxing activity
If team building is central to the meeting, then easily add a team building activity to the stay, such as the communication challenge, team activities or our Escape House. Need a short break in between the meeting? On the 23-hectare green estate, you can easily take a walk in nature to get some fresh air. There are marked routes of various lengths (1.7 km or 3 km), but you can also walk around on your own.
