There are many options at Landgoed de Biestheuvel when it comes to food and drink. You can have a snack and a drink on our terrace, but our focus is mainly on groups. Think of complete dinners, buffets and barbecues for a business trip, a wedding or birthday. During the holidays we also provide special arrangements for small and large groups. At Landgoed de Biestheuvel there are many options when it comes to food. Do you prefer a served dinner or a buffet? We are happy to help you find the perfect complement to your day or evening! If you have special wishes, we are happy to make a customized proposal, such as a delicious buffet. You choose the buffet that suits you best. Would you like a standard three-course buffet or would you prefer two courses, without a starter but with dessert? Our standard buffets are easy to expand or adapt, because everything comes from our own kitchen. Think for example of the Italian ice cream cart for a fun and delicious dessert.
Besides a buffet you can also opt for a barbecue. Here too, we have several options and you can choose a tasty interpretation yourself. Of course the French fries and salads are not missing! Basically, you will cook it yourself, but you can also hire one of our barbecue chefs so you only have to enjoy the food yourself. Prefer to barbecue on an OFYR? That is also possible!
Of course you can also be spoiled by one of our served dinners. Think of a choice menu of three or four courses, where all guests can make their own choice from the choice menu and we serve it at the table. You can also choose our Walking dinner, where a menu of smaller dishes are served in eight courses! This creates an informal (drinks) setting where everyone has eaten enough at the end.

A coffee table may not be something you like to think about, but it can be just the right ending to the funeral. At Landgoed de Biestheuvel you are very welcome after the solemn part of a funeral. The rooms are suitable for coffee tables for various group sizes. Various table arrangements are possible and we have thought of the disabled fellow man. All cases are wheelchair accessible and have an adapted toilet.
Would you prefer a simply covered coffee table with various sandwiches with cheese and cold cuts, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice? Or do you prefer a more elaborate variant with luxury sandwiches, soup and a sausage roll or snack? In consultation with you, we are happy to put together a coffee table tailored to your needs and budget.Winter barbecue
Are barbecues only for summer? Well no! You can also bake and grill very well in winter! A barbecue brings a lot of atmosphere and coziness, especially in the colder months. Many people think of barbecue in terms of warm weather, shorts and a drink in the sun, but don't realize that especially in cold weather, a winter barbecue is just as much fun! In the dark winter months, a barbecue offers not only a delicious dinner, but also a cozy light in the group. Everyone gathers around the light and warmth of the barbecue and feasts on all the goodies.
Whether you are organizing a cosy get-together with your company, family or friends, or if you would like a cozy winter barbecue to accompany a company presentation, conference or (company) reception, we can provide delicious winter barbecues for you and your party. With a barbecue you cook the meat yourself, but a cook can also be booked to do this for you at an additional cost. Inside a cozy warm room you will find the buffet with the various salads, sauces and bread with herb butter. Of course the winter barbecue is different from a summer barbecue. Thus we take into account the meat, but also the side dishes.
If you really want to complete the atmosphere, book the Ofyr. This fire bowl is fired by wood, allowing you to cook meat but also to stand comfortably around the fire.
