Buffets, dinners and barbecues

At Landgoed de Biestheuvel, there are many options when it comes to food. Would you prefer a served dinner or a buffet? The choice is enormous! We are happy to help you plan the perfect day or evening! If you have any special requests, we will be happy to make a tailor-made proposal. Consider, for example, a delicious buffet. You choose the buffet that suits you best. Would you like a standard three-course buffet or would you prefer two courses, without a starter but with a dessert? Our standard buffets are very easy to expand or adapt, because everything comes from our own kitchen. Consider, for example, the Italian ice cream cart for a fun and delicious dessert. 

In addition to a buffet, you can also opt for a catered barbecue. We have various options for this too, and you can choose your own tasty menu. Of course, chips and salads are also included! In principle, you will be doing the cooking yourself, but you can also hire one of our barbecue chefs so that all you have to do is enjoy the food. Would you prefer to barbecue on an OFYR? That is also possible!

Of course, you can also be pampered by one of our served dinners. Think of a choice of three or four courses, where all guests can make their own choice from the menu and we serve it at the table. You can also opt for our Walking Dinner, where a menu of smaller dishes is served in eight courses! This creates an informal (drinks) setting where everyone has had enough to eat by the end.

Winter barbecue

Are barbecues only for summer? Not at all! You can also grill and roast in winter! A barbecue creates a great atmosphere and cosiness, especially in the colder months. Many people associate barbecues with warm weather, shorts and drinks in the sun, but they don't realise that a winter barbecue is just as much fun, especially in cold weather! In the dark winter months, a barbecue not only provides a delicious dinner, but also a cosy highlight for the group. Everyone gathers around the light and warmth of the barbecue and enjoys all the delicious food.

Whether you are organising a fun outing with your company, family or friends, or want to have an atmospheric winter barbecue after a company presentation, conference or (company) reception, we can provide delicious winter barbecues for you and your guests. At a barbecue, you cook the meat yourself, but for an additional charge, you can also book a chef to do this for you. Inside a cosy, warm room, you will find the buffet with various salads, sauces and bread with herb butter. Of course, the winter barbecue is also different from a summer barbecue in terms of content. We take into account not only the meat, but also the side dishes.

If you want to really complete the atmosphere, reserve the Ofyr. This fire pit is fuelled by wood, allowing you to cook meat, but also to stand comfortably around the fire.
